Connect Pass and City Tour Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can the Connect Pass and City Tour be used at all the same attractions?

While you can visit many of the same attractions on either card there are a few differences. Please pay attention to which participating venues may be visited on each card and transportation is only included on the City Tour.

Is the Connect Pass and City Tour a good value?

Absolutely! Admission to all of the participating attractions is well over $100. You will be hard pressed to find a better way to see Salt Lake for a better price.

How long do I have to use my Connect Pass or City Tour cards?

You can use your Connect Pass any day during 2008. The City Tour card is only valid May 24-26 and June 2-September 3, 2008.

How many attractions will the Connect Pass & City Tour allow me to visit?

You can visit as many attractions as you like, however, you are limited to one (1) visitation at each attraction per pass.

Where does the City Tour Begin?

You can begin the City Tour at the Downtown Salt Lake Visitors Center (90 South West Temple) or at the Little America Hotel (550 South Main Street).

How much time do I need for the City Tour?

The City Tour route allows visitors to hop on and hop off at 15 different stops along a 90-minute route. Each time you stop at an attraction you will have a minimum of 45 minutes until the next bus/van arrives.

If am traveling with a friend or family, can we use the same card?

No, each person must have their own Connect Pass & City Tour card in order to visit participating attractions.

What happens if I lose my Connect Pass or City Tour card?

Unfortunately a Connect Pass or City Tour is treated like cash and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
